How can I get ringtones?1. Select your product from the website Where can I get ringtones?You can download ringtones by choosing your favorite tones from our Ringtones Page or by searching for your favorite music artist or songs. You can download ringtones in 3 easy steps, simply select your ringtone, enter in your mobile number and password, and download your ringtone. Funtonia will then immediately send your product by text message or as a download link to your cell phone. Do ringtones expire?Ringtone downloads are good for the life of the cell phone they are originally ordered to. I haven’t received my download. What is the problem?Please make sure that WAP Push is enabled on your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, you need to set the WAP Push setting to “On”, “Allow all”, “Always”, or “Receive all”. Here are some hints on where to locate this setting: Nokia: Motorola: LG: Samsung: Sony Ericsson: If in doubt, please refer to your phone’s manual or ask your phone’s manufacturer for assistance. My download link has arrived, but I can’t find it on my cell phone. Where is it?The download link is in the body of a message that Funtonia sent to your cell phone. Depending on the make of your phone, this message will go to your text or WAP Push inbox, also known as a “Service Inbox”, “Funbox”, “Browser Message Inbox” or simply “Push Inbox”. What do I do with the download link I received?1. Open the message Funtonia sent you. Important notice: Never click “interrupt” during the download! Wait until the download is finished. Why can’t I download when I click on the link?WAP might not be set up correctly on your cell phone. Please ask your wireless carrier how to adjust your settings or click on the respective link below: Verizon Wireless Why can’t I set my ringtone as my SMS sound?For some cell phones (e.g. Samsung, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, and LG) it is not possible to set sound effects as message alerts. Please check if your cell phone allows jingles/ringtones as message alerts before ordering your download. How do I locate my cell phone model?Your phone model is listed on your phone under the battery. If you pull off your battery, there is a sticker on the back of the phone with the phone model listed. You may also contact your carrier for model information. Why is my phone model or carrier not listed?If you do not see your phone model or service provider listed on our site, we do not currently support your phone. Please do not order to a phone or service provider that is not yours, we cannot guarantee a successful product. We are constantly adding new providers and phones, please check back soon. Do I need internet service on my phone?In order to receive ringtones and wallpapers, you must have wireless web and text capabilities enabled on your phone. You can contact your service provider to have wireless/PIX and text capabilities enabled on your phone. |
